Our Social Workers
Our experienced and Registered Social Workers support Professional & Lay Attorneys and Deputies, as well as individuals with a range of Mental Capacity Assessments, working in line with the Mental Capacity Act.
Our Independent Social Workers & Best Interest Assessors are registed with Social Work England, a specialist body taking a new approach to regulating Social Workers in their vital roles.
They are members of the British Association of Social Workers (BASW).
Capacity Assessments
Our Social Workers will visit the individual in need of the assessment in their own home, care home or hospital setting, putting them at ease to ensure they are given every opportunity to optimise their ability to engage and reach the desired outcome.
