As we move into a new decade and start our 11th year of being independent care advisors, Clarity Care Consulting are excited to announce that we’re looking for a qualified social worker to come and join our team.
Do you have the expertise and experience working with elderly clients, managing complex cases and undertake
- Capacity Assessments;
- Care Assessments and reviews;
- Continuing Health Care Assessments
- Overseeing different services required by clients
You will be working with self-funding clients and their families, as well as professional attorneys to advise and identify care services they need. You will have the opportunity to work with your clients for the duration of putting the care in place and often beyond that.
