Our goal is to help you find the best care possible for your elderly relative.
Advice about care
Just knowing where to start looking for good care can be overwhelming. At Clarity we can meet with you, your elderly relative and other family members to discuss the problems or issues you’re facing. Our experienced advisors will give you independent care advice and help you find the right care home or home care solution.
Finding the right home care

Our expert knowledge of local services, care companies and specialised resources can help ensure that the right care is delivered in the right way when and where it is needed. We can also help you where problems have arisen or care needs have changed. Please visit our finding the right home care page for more details about help finding home care and our finding the right live-in care page for details about finding live-in care.
Finding the right care home
We know how difficult it can be when an older person is no longer able to stay in their own home. With an unrivalled knowledge of local residential care homes and nursing care homes, our experienced advisors can help you find the care home that’s right for your relative. After meeting with you to talk about what care is needed and the type of care home that would best suit you both we check and shortlist those homes that meet your criteria, visiting each personally. We then provide you with a report giving you our recommendations and once the care home is chosen we oversee the moving process from beginning to end. Please visit our Finding the right care home page to learn about our service in more detail.
Peace of mind care monitoring service
We’re there when you can’t be. For families living overseas or at a distance or even planning a holiday, our care support service offers reassurance and peace of mind. Acting as a local point of contact we coordinate and oversee the care and support your relative needs alerting you to any changes or issues that arise. Regular visits, spot care checks and frequent updates give you that much needed reassurance. We provide this service for clients with care at home services and for those in residential care homes or nursing homes. Please visit our peace of mind service page to find out more about this service.
